Integrated Policy
The General Director of the PLAMETCO GROUP aims to permanently and sustainably raise the level of product quality in order to ensure consistent compliance with the increasingly demanding requirements of customers and interested parties, with a view to satisfying them and complying with standards, regulations in force, and applicable legislation.
Scope of application:
Design and production of metal and wooden display stands, other metal fabrications, and metal coatings.
The General Director seeks an effective and efficient application of the integrated quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system, as well as its continuous improvement, in order to:
The strategic direction of the company is the manufacture of compliant products aimed at increasing profit over the next 10 years, without environmental or OHS accidents.
Directions:
- increasing the company’s competitiveness;
- strengthening the company’s position in a continuously developing market;
- increasing the current market share by continuously raising the level of quality and promoting new products, while also pursuing sustainability;
- increasing the company’s profitability;
- continuously reducing the negative impact on the environment;
- reducing greenhouse gas emissions, waste, and minimizing the consumption of non-renewable resources;
- preventing accidental pollution and keeping OHS risks under control;
- preventing incidents and accidents;
- to close the product life cycle, a Buy-Back system has been introduced for used products, with compensation granted on a case-by-case basis.
Through development and continuous and sustainable improvement, the following are achieved:
General objectives:
- Improving the performance of the Integrated Management System implemented within the PLAMETCO GROUP, in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2015, SR EN ISO 14001:2015, and SR ISO 45001:2018, specific to the company;
- Involvement of top management in leading activities as processes and managing correlated processes as a system, with the aim of increasing organizational performance and efficiency, as well as reducing material, raw material, and fuel consumption through the introduction of new technologies and keeping risks under control;
- Continuous concern for improving the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System in order to increase product and service quality, reduce negative environmental impact, and reduce risks associated with activities;
- Meeting customer requirements and ensuring compliance with standards, regulations in force, applicable legislation, and other applicable requirements to which the company has committed, as well as a constant concern for carrying out work and providing services at the declared level;
- Direct and full involvement of personnel and their accountability for the quality of the work performed, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety;
- Enhancing the organization’s prestige through the competence, seriousness, and promptness with which customers are served;
- Improving performance indicators related to environmental factors—soil, water, air—and occupational health and safety performance;
- Applying appropriate measures to limit negative environmental impacts, including greenhouse gas emissions and the consumption of renewable resources, and keeping OHS risks under control;
- Continuous communication with state institutions in the fields of environment and OHS, with the aim of minimizing the effects of processes with environmental impact and keeping OHS risks under control.
The General Director continuously monitors non-quality costs and will ensure the application of the integrated system. For this purpose, periodic internal audits, checks, and improvements of the integrated system will be carried out.
For this reason, I, as General Director of the PLAMETCO Group, aware that performance can only be achieved in this way, assume responsibility and support, together with all members of management, to promote the company’s growth through the development and constant and sustainable improvement of the integrated management system, in order to ensure consistent compliance with the increasingly demanding requirements of customers and interested parties, with a view to meeting their requirements and complying with standards, regulations in force, applicable legislation, other applicable requirements to which the company has committed, as well as applicable OHS requirements. I also commit to undertaking all necessary actions to prevent pollution and accidents, and to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses, through the elimination of hazards and the reduction of OHS risks.
I commit to consulting and involving workers and their representatives with regard to determining measures to keep OHS risks and the possibility of occupational diseases under control, as well as for the prevention of pollution. Under no circumstances is communication restricted, nor are measures taken against those who communicate.
